< Arclight > You get my message?
< Shepherd > Yeah, I got it. So you want to quit school to go put your life in danger every day, right?
< Arclight > That's not... Why do you always do that?
< Shepherd > It's my job kid. Why are you quitting school?
< Arclight > Because it's stupid. I can't stand it here.
< Shepherd > It's a good school. They know their stuff there.
< Arclight > They're stuck up and think they know everything.
< Shepherd > They're Elves! What did you expect?
< Arclight > Not funny...
< Shepherd > But true, neh?
< Arclight > Whatever. All they want to talk about
The year is 2031, everything is changing... sometimes for the good of the world, sometimes for the good of a single man. And yet, during this time, life goes on. Well, for most anyway...
The scorching heat of the rain forest had finally ceased again, beaten back by the darkness, not to return until the sun melted the moon from the sky. Chanting, calling upon unseen forces, for a purpose known to only a few, many shamans were there that day. Mana flaring through astral space was visible sometimes even to those cursed fraggers know to polite society as 'Mundanes'. Through all of this, a child was born to a young girl. Alexander Cole:An Introduction
The rain poured down, a burning stench rose up from the hot street tred upon by the soulless workers, who've traded their bodies for a cheap metallic replica, as they made their way to where ever it was they were headed. Some were headed home, other to get a strong drink after a hard day's work.
I can see through this dirty existence into the beauty that lies beyond, I see the torment and Joy that they hide within themselves until they find someone that they can trust. Or, at least, that they think they can trust. I'd soon find out what a horrifying place this world really is.
But first, on to more pressing matters. Matters such as: Where
Once, long ago, before time began, there was nothing. There were no people. There was no Earth. There was no universe. There was no time. Only He existed, and He existed alone. Solitary.
For awhile this was good. Soon though, He wanted more. He craved for something. For anything. And he began speak. "Speaking," He thought, "this is good. But it is not enough." And so, He began to sing. His words were do clear and vibrant. He sang in every color you could imagine. He sang and thus the universe began. From within him, from about Him, everything started to change. At first he was scared. Scared because of the change. But as everything came rush
Yep, it's been like a year and a half, but I finally added some more stuff.
I've just added 3 short writings about characters that I've played in a game called Shadowrun. Feel free to check them out and tell me what you think. They probably aren't wonderful as I don't actually write very much, but I figure it's better than never adding anything new :P
These three words are really a good definition for my life in general... However, that's not really the topic of this entry ^-^
I'm working on making good copies of alot of the things in my Scraps section http://chibu.deviantart.com/gallery/scraps/ I am currently working on the one entitled Ninja. I'm not very far aloing on it so far as I only worked on it for a few minutes yesterday. But, I will continue to work on it Sunday afternoon, and hopefully it will be up either sunday or monday night. I would work on it now, but using Illustrator over a VNC connection doesn't really work all that well. So I guess I'll just have to wait. Well, until
I think the scraps section got messed up when DA switched over to this new version of the site. While I love the new layout, I just can't seem to get my files to show up right. First of all the "move to scraps" button doesn't actually move it the the scraps section. It just puts it in a new category in the actually gallery called scraps. And then all of my images didn't show up right. Ah well. I think I have it mostly figured out now. So, if you couldn't look at them before, they should be working now (well, as soon as they actually show up anyway...)
So, feel free to check out the sketches. Some of them are actually pretty good. The reson I
